The Fair Work Convention is an independent body which brings together employers, trade unions and academic expertise from across Scotland.
Fair work offers all individuals an effective voice, opportunity, security, fulfilment and respect. It balances the rights and responsibilities of employers and workers. It generates benefits for individuals, organisations and society.
The Fair Work Convention’s vision is that, by 2025, people in Scotland will have a world-leading working life where fair work drives success, wellbeing and prosperity for individuals, businesses, organisations and society.
"HR professionals are key influencers when it comes to delivering fair work in and across Scotland. Following the Fair Work Framework is vital to facilitating effective change and enabling innovation and is proven to have a positive impact on performance and productivity.
