Study a qualification
Our qualifications are internationally recognised. They are relevant and practical and give you the knowledge and skills you need to be successful.
What membership it leads to:
- You’ll join as a Student Member while you’re studying
- If you study a CIPD Foundation Certificate or Associate Diploma qualification, you’ll be awarded Associate membership once you’ve successfully completed your studies.
- If you study the CIPD Advanced Diploma and have the relevant experience, you can subsequently upgrade to Chartered Member or Chartered Fellow.
Complete Experience Assessment
Experience Assessment is our direct, non-study route which is designed specifically for experienced people professionals. You can work at your own pace and complete it within four months of starting.
