The use of technology in the workplace is growing exponentially and it appears that artificial intelligence is the next big leap forward in the world of work. But will it be a force for good? This article examines the positive and negative impact of AI feedback on employee performance and how these can be exploited and negated respectively.

Hayfa joined us in 2020. Hayfa has degrees in computer science and human resources from University of York and University of Warwick respectively.

She started her career in the private sector working in IT and then HR and has been writing for the HR community since 2012.
