Through networking events, roundtables and thought leadership opportunities, we're building a community of HR leaders to learn from each other and influence the direction of the future of work, as well as the future of the people profession.

Who is the network for?

To ensure the network remains truly peer-to-peer, membership is only open to the most senior people professionals, working in in-house roles. Members include CHROs from FTSE250 businesses, central government departments, large charities and high street names.

What does the network offer?

The network’s proposition is based on the ability to connect with peers in an exclusive, closed environment and influence the CIPD’s policy and research work. It offers a mix of face-to-face opportunities including networking events, roundtables and fringe events at CIPD conferences, and the ability to feed into research and thought leadership remotely.

As well as connecting with other HR leaders and CIPD experts, we also offer opportunities to interact with external influential stakeholders, such as government, top academics and business thought- leaders, and other regulatory and business bodies.
