In November 2017 the Financial Reporting Council (FRC) launched a consultation on its proposed revisions to the Corporate Governance Code. The proposed revisions form part of the corporate governance reforms led by the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy.

In putting the response together the CIPD ran a roundtable discussion and several in-depth interviews with members.
