The CIPD held its twenty-fourth Annual General Meeting (AGM) at 10:00 GMT on 29 January 2024. We emailed all CIPD members with details of how to join the meeting.
The purpose of the meeting was to:
- receive the minutes of the twenty-third Annual General Meeting of the CIPD
- receive the Annual Report and Accounts of the CIPD for the year ended 30 June 2023
- re-appoint the auditors and authorise the Board to determine the auditors’ remuneration.
