The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) held its twenty-third Annual General Meeting on Tuesday 13 December 2022 at 10:00 GMT as a hybrid meeting. Members were invited to attend online or in-person at the Macdonald Burlington Hotel in Birmingham, United Kingdom.
The purpose of the meeting was to:
- receive the minutes of the twenty-second Annual General Meeting of the CIPD
- receive the Annual Report and Accounts of the CIPD for the year ended 30 June 2022
- re-appoint the auditors and to authorise the Board to determine the auditors’ remuneration
- elect Caroline Stockmann as Treasurer of the CIPD for an initial three-year term.
