Academic routes

Level 3 Foundation Membership level:

  • Certificate in People Practice 

Level 5 Associate Membership level:

  • Diploma in People Management 
  • Diploma in Organisational Learning and Development 
    * upgradable to Chartered Member.

Level 7 Advanced Membership level:

  • Diploma in Strategic People Management 
  • Diploma in Strategic Learning and Development 
    * both quaifications are equal to Associate Membership level and can be upgradable to Chartered Member.
