New mentoring programme will empower members to excel in their careers by providing guidance, support, and opportunities for professional growth
The CIPD has launched a new mentoring programme to support members across the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) to excel in their careers.
The “Each One, Mentors One” programme will give CIPD members the opportunity to connect with and learn from mentors with a wealth of experience and extensive industry knowledge. Throughout a year-long mentoring cycle, these mentors will offer valuable guidance, share good practices, and support mentees to excel in their careers.
"Mentorship can be truly transformative; it can propel professionals to new heights of success. Through this pioneering new programme, we are fostering an environment of knowledge sharing, collaboration, and growth that will contribute to the advancement of the profession in the region.”
The programme will be tailored to meet the individual needs and aspirations of each mentee. Participants will engage in regular one-on-one meetings with their mentors, gain access to specialised workshops and training sessions, and benefit from networking events where they can expand their professional connections.
