We’re your local CIPD team—dedicated, connected, and working remotely across the region to support you. As the CIPD’s eyes and ears in the Midlands, we’re here to help you get the most from your membership by connecting you with other people professionals through our networks, events and local opportunities.
We collaborate closely with people professionals, employers, HR leaders, combined authorities, and policymakers to shape a better world of work—right here in the Midlands. By gathering regional insight and championing local priorities, we help make work better for everyone.
We’d love to hear from you. Whether it’s through surveys, consultations or our wider campaigns, your voice helps us drive meaningful workplace change across the region.

As a new network to the Midlands, we are asking all potential members to complete this short questionnaire so that we can ensure that everyone is operating at a similar level of seniority.
