This CIPD member-exclusive network is a dedicated professional space for independent People consultants and those working in consultancy firms who provide advisory or project-based HR services to a wide range of client organisations.
Designed for people professionals who work across multiple clients rather than within a single employer, the network provides a dedicated professional space to connect with peers, share consultancy expertise and explore the challenges and opportunities of delivering flexible HR support.
It provides a valuable space to connect with peers in similar roles, exchange insights on client challenges, and build strong professional relationships. Members can also contribute to CIPD’s research and policy work, ensuring the voice of consultants helps shape the future direction of the profession.
