Belina Lim, Regional Director, Asia
Belina joined us in December 2020. She has over 20 years’ experience in government institutions, HR professional bodies and organisations in the UK and Singapore.
Her passion and focus for developing the people profession enable her to deliver strategically and operationally. With a range of critical capabilities and a strong understanding of cultural sensitivities, Belina drives our strategy and direction in Asia.
May Leng Kwok, Chartered FCIPD, Regional Head, Asia Pacific
May Leng brings 20 years’ experience in the professional development and education sectors. She is an experienced consultant in HR and L&D practices across Europe and APAC. She held management roles in several of our teams before relocating to Singapore to help establish our presence in the region. By working collaboratively with partners and clients, May Leng champions the importance of raising capability, skills and mindsets to strengthen people management and development practices.
Lim Zuo Han, Business Development Manager, Asia
Zuo Han works alongside HR leaders and business partners to understand the challenges they face and develop solutions that support the professional development and growth of their HR practitioners and line managers.
His professional experience includes the development of leadership and people management training solutions for individuals and organisations. He has collaborated with clients in the public and private sectors and has worked to drive a shift in mindset, as well as supporting with the development of their people.
Jaime Bin, Sales & Partnership Manager, Asia
Jaime leverages his deep understanding of the higher education landscape to establish and nurture strategic partnerships with universities, study centres, and key stakeholders. Using a collaborative approach, he develops tailored solutions that drive innovation and enhance professional development opportunities.
Jaime has experience conseptualising and leading marketing partnerships in the private sector, fostering brand growth, expanding customer reach, and tapping into new consumer markets. His expertise in cultivating strategic alliances positions him as an ideal partner in driving organisational growth and advancing professional development of people.
