Through discussion and shared insight, we will examine how these concepts are defined across different industries, what high performance looks like in practice, and the levers organisations are using to enable people and teams to deliver their best.
You will come away with a clearer understanding of how productivity and performance are being defined across different organisational contexts, alongside practical insight into the levers HR teams are using to enable better outcomes. You will gain fresh perspectives from peers, ideas to apply within your own organisations, and a stronger sense of how HR can shape the conditions for sustainable high performance through the peer-to-peer discussions.
