If you're a CIPD member operating at a senior level with strategic responsibility for people and organisational policy, we'd love you to join us.

Who's it for?

We welcome professionals in roles such as Head of HR, Senior HR Business Partner, People Lead and HRD or above – those who are often reporting to board or executive level and actively shaping people strategy and organisational culture.
