Over the years our Health and wellbeing at work report, supported by Simplyhealth, has shown that most organisations are increasing their focus on health and wellbeing and doing their best to support people in a holistic way.

However, many organisations are investing resources in wellbeing but are not fully realising the benefits. More will realise a greater return on their investment if they take a systematic and preventative approach. This means paying attention to the domains of wellbeing, including the provision of ‘good work’ for people. By taking a strategic approach, that considers physical, mental, financial and social wellbeing, organisations have the potential to optimise the health and wellbeing of the whole workforce and see the return on their investment.

You can use our quiz to review your health and wellbeing approach against the findings of the 2023 Health and wellbeing at work report to ensure you’re getting the best return for your wellbeing investment.

How to use the quiz

The quiz asks eight questions relating to your organisation’s health and wellbeing offering. For each question, you need to select 'yes', 'no' or 'not sure'.

At the end of the quiz you’ll receive a set of tailored results with recommendations on next steps to further improve your wellbeing approach.
