Over 5,000 volunteers give their time and expertise across many areas of our work. They build connection and resilience across our community. And they breathe life into our charitable purpose.
- Over 4,000 give their mentoring talents to tackle the barriers to work and strengthen our profession, through the work of the CIPD Trust.
- Nearly 800 keep our branch and regional networks alive and relevant in the UK and Ireland.
