CIPD invites members to reflect on a year of growing our reach and impact

Here’s what we’ve accomplished in this last year.

More people professionals are discovering the value of CIPD membership.

Almost 220,000 learners have accessed over 70 courses on our Learning Hub. 

Our new Code of Conduct and Ethics reflects the practical and social challenges people professionals are responding to today.  

We’ve connected our community through more conferences, roadshows, award ceremonies, specialist groups and network events.

And we’ve shared up-to-the-minute research, guides, factsheets, reports, podcasts and webinars on our new website.

We’ve reached more people professionals by working with more employers.

Many are choosing to…measure their effectiveness with one of our assessment tools…align with our Profession Map standards…or support  their people through our qualifications.

By working with organisations that share our vision, we’re making an even bigger difference.

This year, we’ve also amplified the voice of our profession.

We’ve called for change on the issues that people professionals, leaders and employers are dealing with every day

Launched this year to extend our charitable work, the CIPD Trust is helping more people get in, get on and grow – as employees and people professionals.

We’re doing it by harnessing the expertise of our community in tackling the biggest barriers to work.

We’re growing our scale. We’re growing our impact. And we’re doing it responsibly.

We continue to invest in the changes we advocate – sustaining our environment, our people, our culture, and our approach to good governance.

We do it because it’s right for our members, our people and our business.

And we do it so we can champion better work and working lives together.
