A Chartered Accountant with over 10 years’ experience, Gillian completed a master’s in workplace health and wellbeing after experiencing burnout. She previously ran Well Work 360, a consultancy specialising in organisational wellbeing assessments and training. 

Joanne Morrisey

Senior HR Director, Microsoft Ireland 

Joanne is currently the Senior HR Director for Microsoft Ireland. Since joining in 2013 she has overseen the growth of the employee footprint. She is driven to building thriving, inclusive workplaces and cultivating STEM talent & skills.
