Your feedback has already helped us improve membership   

As your trusted career partner, we’re dedicated to supporting you and continuously improving so you can make the most out of your membership. Your feedback is important to us, and we'd love to hear more from you.   

Here's how your feedback from last year has helped improve membership:  

  • You told us you'd like membership to be better value for money. We listened, and in April we launched a roadmap of new and refreshed offerings, under the banner of “Expect More in ’24”.  
  • You said that you need us to respond more quickly to emerging issues, so we're doing this through our new podcast.  
  • You told us AI was a key issue, so we've launched the AI hub and an Essential Insights learning course to help you navigate it.   

 And what's on the horizon:  

  • Based on your feedback, we're piloting an online mentoring service that will enable us to match more mentors/mentees in more places.
  • You said that the website wasn't the easiest to navigate, so we're piloting CIPD Buddy (our AI chatbot) to make it easier to find our resources.
