Employee benefits

The survey informing the Focus on employee benefits report was conducted on behalf of the CIPD by YouGov, from October to November 2025. The survey collected responses from over 1,000 Reward or HR decision-makers in UK organisations. The survey approach used an online interview with members of the YouGov Plc UK panel. The responding sample is weighted to represent the UK business population based on number of employers. Data based on fewer than 50 respondents has been excluded from the report since a sample of this size does not represent a wide enough cross-section of the target population for statistical reliability.
