Analysing the drivers, process and pitfalls of HR digitalisation

Academics from the United States, United Kingdom and Greece wanted to understand how HR teams were using digital technology. They focused on the implementation of AI and big analytics. Their work predicts HR roles continuing to move from an operational to an intrinsic level for business decision and strategy making.

The reviewed article gives insight into how digital technologies are being adopted by HR teams and examines the benefits and pitfalls of HR teams’ implementation of digital technologies.
