Abdulmajeed AlQusaibi is Chief Human Resources Officer at King Saud University, where he leads strategic HR transformation and organisational development. A Chartered Fellow (FCIPD) with over 18 years of experience, he has held senior roles across both public and private sectors, including Riyadh Airports Company, the Ministry of Finance, SAMA, Almarai, and Alshaya Group. Abdulmajeed is passionate about empowering people, shaping culture, and building leadership capability, and is a frequent keynote speaker at national and international forums.
Eisa Al Dossary is a seasoned HR leader with over 22 years of experience driving organisational growth and transformation across sectors including gaming, real estate, banking, petrochemicals, and e-games. As Head of HR Ops at a confidential PIF entity, he leads people strategies aligned with business goals and national priorities. Recognised among the Top 100 HR Leaders in Saudi Arabia (2025), Eisa is known for his strategic mindset, discretion, and ability to deliver impactful HR solutions that foster performance, innovation, and long-term resilience.
Fahad Alsaad is a senior HR leader with over 20 years’ experience across FMCG, telecoms, petrochemicals, finance, and healthcare. As Head of Talent and Organisation Development at Almarai, he leads enterprise-wide transformation initiatives focused on skills-based talent strategy, executive succession, and the Almarai Academy. Known for his human-centric approach to AI and digital transformation, Fahad speaks on the intersection of technology, human behaviour, and organisational effectiveness—championing cultures that empower future-ready workforces.
Nader Shinnawi is a senior executive with over 20 years’ experience in business strategy, technology integration, and learning and development. Currently serving as Chief of the Training Subsidy Programme at HRDF, he brings deep expertise in building learning cultures, driving innovation and delivering strategic impact. His career includes 15 years as Executive Partner at Iztedaad, where he led consulting and training strategy. Nader is known for his ability to align development initiatives with organisational goals, enhance operational efficiency and lead transformative projects that elevate both institutions and client outcomes.
Ohood AGosaibi is a strategic HR executive, talent architect and workplace equity advocate with over 14 years’ experience driving human capital transformation across public and private sectors. As Director of People & Culture at the Diriyah Biennale Foundation, she leads initiatives focused on skills, succession and organisational development. Her career spans industries including space, petrochemicals, engineering, tourism and innovation - adapting HR strategies to diverse contexts. Ohood champions human-centric approaches to AI and digital transformation, fostering cultures that empower future-ready workforces.
Rami Busbait is a seasoned HR executive with over 25 years’ experience, currently serving as Group Head of Talent Management at a confidential PIF company. He previously held multiple leadership roles at Saudi Aramco, where he helped establish Talent Management functions and led key HR digitalisation initiatives. Rami is a Chartered Fellow CIPD, SHRM-CP, and PHRi certified, with academic credentials in Management Information Systems and Information Technology. He serves on the SHRM Special Expertise Panel, SHRM Executive Network and the Advisory Board of the Human Capital Club at Prince Sultan University. His expertise spans career counselling, change management and strategic talent development.
Reem Alkhudhairy is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD with over 30 years’ experience at Saudi Aramco. She is recognised for her leadership in strategic HR, talent development and governance, and for pioneering ethics and fraud awareness programmes that strengthened organisational integrity. Currently an Audit Specialist in the Special Audits Department, Reem designs training and awareness initiatives that promote ethical compliance. She holds over 15 international certifications and is an ICF-certified Professional Coach, passionate about mentoring and enabling future HR leaders.
Saud Al Omair is a senior L&D executive and certified coach with over 25 years’ experience leading learning functions across major organisations. He designed and led the HRDF Leadership Academy and served as President of the ICF Saudi Arabia Chapter. Saud is also the founder and President of the Saudi Human Capital Club at Prince Sultan University. His certifications include CPTD, MBTI, EQ-i 2.0, Hogan, Saville, and Master Trainer (ATD), with a strong focus on leadership development and coaching excellence.
Tagreed Alotaibi is a senior HR leader with over 16 years’ experience driving workplace transformation and employee engagement across leading organisations. As Employee Engagement & Experience Senior Director at KAFD, she leads initiatives that enhance culture, boost morale, and champion a people-first approach. Her career spans stc, SAPTCO, and Elm, where she built teams, led large-scale events, and shaped internal communications. Tagreed holds advanced degrees in English Literature and has supported over 5,000 individuals through career advisory and development programmes.
Badr Alrowaili is a seasoned HR leader with over 23 years of experience in human resources and organisational development. As CHRO at Almana Hospitals, he is known for driving innovation, digital transformation, and automation to enhance efficiency and the employee experience. He holds an Executive MBA from King Saud University and is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD, reflecting his depth in strategic HR leadership. Recognised among the Top 10 HR Leaders in Saudi Arabia (2023) and the World’s Top 25 Most Influential CHROs (2024) by GSHCM, Badr continues to shape the future of healthcare HR through people-centred, forward-thinking strategies.
