In October, the Education Select Committee invited written submissions on graduate outcomes and the use of destination data; social justice in higher education; quality and effectiveness of teaching; and senior management pay in universities.

The CIPD’s response focused on the proportion of graduates in ‘graduate-level’ jobs 6 months after graduating; and the emphasis on future thinking and careers in universities.
