The Low Pay Commission announced a consultation seeking evidence on the effects of recent increases in the National Living Wage and National Minimum Wage to inform their thinking about future upratings. The consultation also considers whether a wage premium for non-guaranteed hours would be appropriate, as well as tackling the issue of one-sided flexibility.
