The University of Birmingham Dubai has joined an esteemed group of educational institutions that meet the CIPD's high standards for excellence in Human Resource Management (HRM) education.  
 
The Approved Programme Provider status solidifies the University of Birmingham's commitment to delivering top-quality HR education and ensuring that its students are well-prepared for successful careers in the field. 
 
Through this accreditation, the University’s postgraduate qualification aligns with the CIPD's Profession Map, the international standard for the people profession. Students enrolling on the MSc in Human Resource Management from the University will be eligible for CIPD membership upon successful completion of the qualification and can use the CIPD 'designatory letters' after their name. Depending on their work experience, students can upgrade from student to chartered membership.
