Better work and working lives for all
New trustees each bring a unique perspective and a shared commitment to helping the CIPD and its members to create a better future of work
The CIPD is pleased to announce that Heather Lee, Tony Lorman and Amanda Boustred have been elected as new board trustees. They each bring different experiences and perspectives on the world of work and are committed to championing better work and working lives.
The CIPD board sets our strategic direction and oversees the management of our activities, risks and finances, making sure we deliver our charitable purpose.
Each trustee is elected by members of Council on recommendation of the board, following an open recruitment process. They will serve an initial three-year term and are eligible to stand for re-election to serve a second term.
