Human capital development is a key part of Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030. With plans to diversify the economy, it’s more critical than ever to equip people professionals with the knowledge and tools to shape great places to work and create thriving economies.
To meet this growing demand, the CIPD has partnered with Human Network International (HNI), a Dubai-headquartered learning and development consultancy, to deliver in-house programs and customised learning solutions to organisations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).
The two organisations will work together to bring CIPD learning and development solutions to the KSA market. HNI will also deliver CIPD short courses to its existing clients in the Kingdom, focusing on local labour laws, organisation design, talent management and workforce wellbeing.
