The people professionals that make the greatest impact for people and business are those who demonstrate an ongoing commitment to learning, growing and upholding professional standards.
And what better way to show that commitment than with a CIPD designation that accurately reflects a member’s level of knowledge and experience?
To support our members’ dedication to professionalism and to help them further increase their positive contribution to the world of work, we’re offering free upgrading to Associate Members with a CIPD Advanced Diploma who want to become chartered, as well as to our Chartered Members who wish to become Chartered Fellows.
This is a prime opportunity for members who have been considering taking the next step in their membership but needed that little extra push.
Are you ready to upgrade?
If you are an Associate and hold a CIPD Advanced Diploma, or are a Chartered Member, go ahead and check your eligibility with our free online questionnaire [link]. Once you’ve received confirmation from us, you’ll have until 31 January 2025 to book your assessment using our new, easy-to-use booking system. You’ll then have until 31 March 2025 to complete your assessment.
The upgrading process is straightforward and flexible. If you’re upgrading to become a Chartered Member you can either complete a form-based assessment (which you can do in your own time, at your own pace), or opt for a 60-minute video assessment. If you’re upgrading to become a Chartered Fellow, you’ll need to do a video assessment.
Through the process of upgrading, you’ll not only achieve your desired grade upon successful completion – you also get the time and space to think about your career so far, your achievements, and your goals. A great reminder of everything you can be proud of.
Why Chartered Membership?
Becoming a Chartered Member or a Chartered Fellow is one of the best ways to demonstrate your experience and strategic impact, as well as your commitment to continuing professional development. Chartered status is the ultimate badge of professionalism and shows employers they can trust you to lead complex, strategic work – guided by the highest professional standards.
