Hundreds of HR, L&D and OD professionals from across Northern Ireland will get together on 8 May 2025, at the ICC Belfast, to explore the people profession’s role in shaping a future-ready workforce. This year’s CIPD Northern Ireland Annual Conference will focus on building a workforce that’s not only more productive and motivated but also digitally skilled.

"We are really looking forward to bringing together such a wide range of inspiring speakers to explore how the people profession can help shape the workforce of the future in Northern Ireland."

Susan Hayman, Engagement and Employer Solutions Manager Northern Ireland
