New and collated resources on AI featuring expert insight, evidence, and guidance
The CIPD has introduced a new ‘Focus on’ resource page to help people professionals understand the impact of artificial intelligence (AI) in the workplace. The expertly curated research and guides will help people professionals build
the evidence, insights and confidence they need to take a considered and responsible approach to adopting AI in their organisation.
Throughout January and February, we're showcasing new and collated content to help you understand AI’s growing impact on the world of work, and what people professionals, employers and policy-makers need to do to manage the risks and make the most of the opportunities it presents.
The new resource page features expert insights, practical tools and guidance to help you make evidence-based decisions around how to engage with this rapidly advancing technology in your organisation.
Our ‘Focus on AI’ page features:
To kick off the campaign, our AI in Focus briefing highlights the vital role of people professionals in leading the adoption of AI within their organisations. It also emphasises the importance of understanding and navigating the rapidly evolving AI landscape.
"AI and other technologies are transforming jobs, and people professionals play a vital role in ensuring no one gets left behind. People professionals can leverage these technologies to enhance people management practices in ways that benefit organisations and their people."
The new resource page is part of our ‘Focus on…’ series, which brings together the CIPD’s guidance, reports and advice on key issues impacting the people profession and how you support your people. Topics covered include workplace conflict, the UK Government’s Make Work Pay Plan and workplace skills and productivity.
How artificial intelligence (AI), robots and automation are shaping the world of work, the ethical considerations and the role of people professionals.
