The international standard that equips people professionals to make their greatest impact
CIPD and BSCM join forces to build the people profession’s capability and credibility to support Bahrain’s Economic Vision 2030 through workplace transformation
HR professionals in Bahrain are set to gain access to new learning, leadership and networking opportunities, thanks to a new strategic collaboration between the CIPD and the Bahrain Society for Human Capital Management (BSCM).
The partnership, officially announced at a prestigious event in Manama on 6 May 2025, will focus on strengthening the capability and influence of Bahrain’s HR community – enabling people professionals to play a leading role in supporting the Kingdom’s Economic Vision 2030.
Senior executives from some of Bahrain’s most important public and private sector employers – including Injaz Bahrain – attended the event, alongside members of the CIPD team.
By opening up new professional development opportunities, aligned with the CIPD’s international standards for people practices, this new collaboration will boost Bahraini people professionals’ ability to play a leading role in developing a skilled and adaptable workforce, promoting fairness and competitiveness in the labour market and increasing national employment through Bahrainisation.
