A CIPD Board member since 2015 and a leadership and change consultant for more than 25 years, Yetunde will represent CIPD Middle East on the Board and take an active role in supporting the local team to champion better work and working lives in the region.
Yetunde brings with her significant international HR experience in FTSE 100 Global companies including Imperial Brands and Unilever. Specialising in strategy, leadership, talent management and business transformation, she was recently named as one of Cranfield University’s 100 Women to Watch for 2018. Yetunde is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD, a visiting Fellow at Henley Business School, and a Fellow of the Royal Society for the Encouragement of Arts, Manufactures and Commerce.
On this development, Yetunde said: "I am delighted to become the CIPD Board’s Champion for the Middle East. Developing people management professionals and practice in the region is an integral part of the CIPD’s strategy, and I very much look forward to representing and supporting the great work of the team in Dubai as they continue to build on the potential of this region."
