The Employment Rights Bill will make it unlawful to dismiss a woman, while pregnant, on maternity leave and within six months of returning to work (with some exceptions). It will also make parental leave and paternity leave a day-one right. Keep up to date with the latest on these changes with our Tracker of potential law changes.
