All CIPD professional members* can now access their proof of membership for the current membership year as a digital badge and certificate.
Powered by Accredible, they provide a verifiable, shareable proof of your professional membership. Each one contains unique metadata about your membership, securely recorded and easily verified online.
A CIPD digital badge is a visual, embeddable award, ideal for sharing online. A CIPD digital certificate is a more detailed, formal document you can also print.
As a CIPD professional member*, you'll receive both. You'll get a new badge at the start of each membership year when you renew, or when you achieve a new membership level.
*CIPD digital credentials are not available for Affiliate or Student members. If you’re a Student member, you’ll receive your digital badge once you successfully complete your studies.
Digital credentials are issued for the current membership year and remain valid for its duration. They expire at the end of that year, when new credentials are issued, or if your membership becomes inactive.
CIPD digital badges and certificates ("Digital Credential") are issued to individuals who have successfully met the professional standards required and received official confirmation of their membership grade or qualification from CIPD.
Digital Credentials are personal to you and must not be transferred, licensed, sublicensed, sold, assigned to any third party or otherwise commercially exploited. You must always display your Digital Credential in its original unaltered form. Your Digital Credential is only valid for the period stated and you must not use it once expired or revoked by the CIPD.
All intellectual property rights in the Digital Credentials are owned by the CIPD and/or its content providers.
Your use of the Digital Credential constitutes acceptance of these terms.
