Supporting the people profession
We are the voice, the benchmark and the partner for experts in people, work and change
Celebrating a decade of impact across the region with practical, expert-led learning to help HR and people professionals grow their careers and lead with confidence.
The CIPD has launched a brand-new series of free, expert-led webinars to celebrate ten years of championing better work and working lives in the Middle East.
In each monthly session, we’ll offer practical insights and strategies to support HR, L&D and people professionals to navigate the challenges and opportunities the profession is facing in the Middle East. The webinars are open to professionals at every career stage – no CIPD membership required.
“As the people profession in the Middle East continues to grow and evolve at pace, we’re committed to meeting professionals where they are – with practical, accessible learning that supports their goals and strengthens the impact they make every day.”
Each webinar falls under one of three practical learning streams – with four sessions in every stream – providing focused, relevant support wherever you are in your career.
Develop the leadership capabilities today’s professionals need most – emotional intelligence, effective communication, coaching and leading hybrid teams.
Get ahead with practical advice on CVs, interviews, career planning and personal branding – aligned with the CIPD Profession Map.
Explore how AI, agile thinking and ethical innovation are reshaping the workplace – and what it means for HR leaders of tomorrow.
This new webinar series makes relevant, high-quality learning more accessible than ever, providing the region’s people professionals with timely, flexible support. Each session features senior CIPD members and experienced practitioners from across the region – leaders who bring both insight and local relevance.
Our first session, Navigating your HR career, will explore how the CIPD Profession Map can help guide you throughout your HR journey. Whether you’re new to the profession or advancing into leadership, the Profession Map outlines the skills, knowledge and behaviours you need to succeed. This session will provide actionable insights for HR professionals looking to grow and thrive in their careers.
“These webinars are a way for us to give back – sharing what we’ve learned to help others build confidence, navigate change and grow their impact in the people profession.”
We’re proud to support a growing community of over 8,000 members across the Middle East, partnering with organisations to strengthen people practices and build the capabilities needed for a changing world of work.
To making learning more accessible across the region, we’ve introduced the CIPD Level 3 Foundation Certificate in Arabic – enabling more people to take their first steps into the profession in a way that reflects the region’s needs.
Our expanding network of partners reflects a shared ambition to raise professional standards while ensuring local relevance. Through regular engagement – via events, roundtables and thought leadership - we’re helping to shape the future of work across the region. We continue to recognise and celebrate outstanding achievements through the CIPD Middle East People Awards, now in its sixth year.
With a regional team of 15, including a newly appointed colleague responsible for our growing engagement in Saudi Arabia, we remain focused on supporting people professionals and employers as they navigate change and drive lasting impact through people.
