The team in Scotland recently attended the CIPD Branch in West of Scotland annual Career Empowerment event, for students and early-career members. Gordon spoke alongside co-chair, Michael Youd, committee member Dr Silvio Hoffman, and Melissa Curtis on topics such as networking skills, the importance of reflective practice, and the skills employers are really looking for in early careers.
An incredible day of inspiration, connection, and learning. With over 600 people professionals in attendance, the event featured thought-provoking sessions from start to finish — from an impactful opening keynote by Colin MacLachlan to a powerful closing from Fern Brady.
