Our latest annual report covers the year ending 30 June 2022. It shows the range of work we’ve been doing to help our profession – and broader community – stick to our principles of putting people first.
A summary of our year
In recent years, our profession has demonstrated its place at the heart of business decision-making. We need to; remain future-fit to tackle ongoing changes and new uncertainties ahead. Just as we emerge from the worst impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic, our profession finds itself at a critical point of even greater change. We must see ongoing crises as opportunities to create better ways of working. And we must continue to build more inclusive and responsible organisations.
So, this year, we’ve continued to shape policy and practice on everything from wellbeing to flexible working. We’ve questioned long-established business paradigms. We’ve responded to new expectations across our workforces. We’ve provided leaders with support and challenge on the complex issues of inclusion and sustainability. And we’ve broadened our community, to engage more champions calling for better work.
We need to grasp this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to change working life – for everyone – for the better. We must continue to learn together and lead together.
