Katie joined the CIPD in 2023 as the Knowledge Exchange Manager. Most recently she has been supporting large and complex research and knowledge exchange projects in the higher education sector, including a Russell Group institution. She also has experience working for local authorities and third sector organisations to support businesses and communities to make a difference in their localities. With a degree in Applied Social Science: Anthropology from the University of Southampton Katie works to facilitate the flow of research learnings into practice and lived experience into research development.
