Alistair is a Partner and Head of Employment at Herrington Carmichael. He advises businesses across a wide range of sectors, including construction and property, financial services, manufacturing, logistics and technology.

Known for his commercial and pragmatic approach, Alistair works closely with clients to understand their objectives and develop practical strategies that deliver the best possible outcome. He has extensive experience advising leading organisations on complex employment law and workforce issues.


Tom Hyatt

Tom is a Senior Solicitor in the Employment team at Herrington Carmichael. He advises employers and individuals on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters, with particular expertise in employment status, IR35 and the Off-Payroll working rules.
