Practical strategies for managing Employment Tribunal claims, stakeholder expectations and evidence throughout the life of a case.
Employment Tribunal claims are increasing, cases are taking longer, and HR teams are under growing pressure to manage risk, evidence and stakeholder expectations over extended periods.
Join CIPD Thames Valley for this interactive skills lab, where employment law specialist Vicky Roberts will share practical strategies for managing ET claims from the point an ET1 is received. Through discussion, case studies and real-world examples, you'll learn how to preserve HR's strategic role, effectively manage key stakeholders, and navigate the challenges of a tribunal system under strain.
You'll leave with practical tools, techniques and greater confidence to manage ET cases successfully for the long haul.
