Practical guidance on setting up an HR consultancy, covering finances, structure, pricing, and common pitfalls when going independent.
This session is aimed at People professionals who are independent consultants, thinking about setting up on their own, or running a small HR practice. The speaker will share practical, experience‑based insights on what’s involved in setting up and running an HR consultancy, with a particular focus on the financial and operational realities.
