About the speaker

Louise Puddifoot is the founder of Willow & Puddifoot, a training company specialising in leadership and management development. Louise’s own career has evolved from market research into corporate learning and development, and eventually to launching and growing her own business. Passionate about supporting HR and L&D professionals to shape rewarding careers, Louise helps people embrace change and build career paths aligned with their strengths, interests, and values.
