About the speaker

Louise Puddifoot

Louise Puddifoot is the founder of Willow & Puddifoot, a leadership and management development consultancy that helps organisations build happy, healthy, high-performing teams. With over 20 years’ experience in leadership development, she and her team recently won two Brandon Hall awards for their leadership programmes.
