About this event

This session is aimed at Independent Consultants to help you recognise the signs of burnout and what you can do to prevent it.

Life as an HR professional can be relentless. Many independent consultants leave corporate life to set up their own business and gain more of a work life balance. Instead, they find themselves working around the clock, risking their health, and if not careful risking burnout. This session helps you recognise the signs of burnout and what you can do to prevent it.

This session is for you if:

· You left corporate life for more of a work-life balance and instead find yourself working around the clock with a big list of things you ‘should’ do.

· You dread taking a break because it means a crazy shift the week before you go and the same when you get back.

· You’re keeping calm and carrying on because it’ll be Christmas soon!

Join us for an interactive discussion on what burnout is, how to recognize the signs and practical tips on how you can prevent creating an environment where burnout exists and you become your own bad boss!
