In recent years, we’ve seen progress amongst organisations with supporting those with menopause symptoms at work. However, this isn’t the case across the board and more can be done to create truly supportive cultures.

CIPD research shows that a lack of support for women’s and reproductive health can have a negative impact on career progression and can even cause some to leave the workplace entirely.

With this in mind, what should organisations be doing to create a supportive workplace for menopause transition, as well as menstrual health and other health issues? How can employers empower employees to manage their symptoms and thrive in work?

Watch our webinar to explore practical advice and tips from our panel of experts:

  • Mariella Frostrup, Menopause Ambassador at Department for Work and Pensions
