Kerrie's research interests include middle managers, cross boundary work, identities, and how organizations and individuals more broadly are enabled to contribute to society. Before 2021, Kerrie worked as an international consultant supporting clients, including various United Nations agencies, in organizational development and society centric strategies. Kerrie also has extensive experience in the non-profit sector. She holds a PhD and an MBA from the University of Bath.
Juani seeks to understand the nature of contemporary work contexts. She is interested in cross-boundary working (which includes gig-working and artificial intelligence), its impact on commitment and knowledge sharing. Her research is focused on human capital as a strategic resource, innovation, ambidexterity and employee attitudes and behaviours and has been published in journals such as Human Resource Management, Human Resource Management Journal, Organisation Studies and the Journal of Management Studies. Juani holds a PhD, is a chartered Organisational Psychologist, and holds an M.Comm. in Organisational Psychology, and a BComm in Organisational Psychology.
