About this event

Join the CIPD AI Community of Practice event supported by Sustainable HRM Skillnet and hosted by the Eastern region, online on Thursday, 20 August 2026, for their first event of the 2026/2027 calendar: "HR Reimagined by AI".

Aimed at HR practitioners who are faced with the challenge of how to best use AI in both their teams and in the wider organisation, this free online event will provide a balanced, practical view of how HR can play a leading role in AI adoption.

This session will explore how HR practitioners are adopting AI in practice, the lessons learned so far, and the challenges and opportunities being navigated along the way.

Attendees will:

• learn from real-world case studies and lessons learned
• separate the hype from the reality of AI in HR
• identify practical benefits that HR can gain for your team and organisation from the practical application of AI
• consider the role of HR in supporting responsible AI adoption
