About this event

Join CIPD Ireland and Sustainable HRM Skillnet to explore AI through a new community of practice for HR professionals.

This Community is being designed as a practical, member-driven space focused on real-world application rather than theory.

It will centre on:

• Practical learning you can apply immediately in your organisation
• Real use cases that reflect current business challenges and opportunities
• Shared experimentation, where members can explore new ideas and approaches together
• Peer discussion and insight, creating space to learn directly from others facing similar challenges

Your input is essential in ensuring this Community delivers real value. By sharing your perspective, you will directly influence the topics, formats, and structure of future sessions—from workshops and case studies to collaborative forums and learning exchanges.
