A mock WRC hearing where legal experts present both sides, offering practical insight into workplace decisions.
The Mock WRC adjudication hearing will offer a first-hand glimpse into its workings and shed light on how workplace decisions resonate in this setting. Presided over by current WRC Adjudicator Kara Turner, the mock hearing presents both sides of a case, with seasoned employment law professionals Cara Jane Walsh BL, Denis Collins BL and Jennifer Cashman and Leah Moriarty of RDJ’s Employment Team leading the proceedings alongside a team from the CIPD Southern Region committee.
Post-hearing, we will delve into key insights from the case, provide an overview of hearing procedures, and Kara will offer insights into adjudicator considerations.”
