About this event

Join us for an insightful virtual session the evolving landscape of remote work and what it means for organisations today.

This CIPD Ireland webinar brings together experts from academia, social enterprise, and a fully distributed global company to explore the evolving landscape of remote work in 2026. Aimed at HR professionals, people managers, and business leaders, the session will examine global remote‑work challenges, the current Irish context, and practical solutions for operating effective remote and hybrid teams.

Neil Farren (ATU) will share international trends shaping the future of work, while Dónal Kearney (Grow Remote) will outline proven approaches that support Irish remote workers and employers. Rebecca Williams (Automattic) will provide insights from leading distributed teams at scale. The session concludes with a short Q&A to address participant questions and real‑world challenges.
