Join us for an insightful session with Professor Louise Crowley, a leading authority on family law and the regulation of intimate partner abuse at UCC. Professor Crowley will share her pioneering work on the Bystander Intervention Programme, a nationally recognised initiative that empowers individuals to challenge the normalization of abuse and foster cultures of safety and respect.

This programme, now delivered across sectors including private industry, sports organisations, the Law Society of Ireland, and the Irish Defence Forces, equips participants to identify unacceptable behaviour and develop the skills to intervene safely and effectively. HR professionals will gain practical insights into creating respectful workplace cultures and supporting employees to become active bystanders.

Professor Crowley’s presentation will be followed by a panel discussion featuring HR and business leaders sharing their expertise and experiences. This event will leave attendees with actionable strategies to embed respect and accountability in your organisation.
