Pat Gurren is a highly experienced Reward specialist and the founder of Gurren Compensation Limited. Before establishing his own consulting company, Pat held several senior Human Resources and Compensation & Benefits (C&B) roles with leading multinational companies, including Intel, Motorola, and Digital. Over the course of his consulting career, he has collaborated with more than 200 clients across a wide range of industry sectors.

His expertise focuses on designing and implementing strategies and programmes that ensure rewards initiatives are effectively aligned with broader business strategies and organisational goals.
